These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of zodiacwish.com (the “Site”), operated by Zodiac Wish (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms.

What the Site does

For a $1 payment, the Site generates a short astrology-themed “fortune” and action plan based on the birthdate you submit. Fortunes are drawn from a curated set of readings tied to your zodiac sign.

Entertainment purposes only

Fortunes are provided strictly for entertainment. They are not professional advice of any kind — financial, medical, legal, psychological, or otherwise — and should not be relied on when making real decisions. We make no claim that any fortune is accurate or predictive.

Payment

Each wish costs $1 USD, charged at the time of purchase and processed by Stripe. We do not receive or store your full card details. See our Refund Policy for information about refunds.

Donations

A portion of every wish is donated to charity. See the Donations page for the current percentage, recipient organization, and how often donations are sent.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to make a purchase on the Site.

No guarantees

The Site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We don’t guarantee the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim related to the Site will not exceed the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
